Hello! I’m Pamela Maass Garrett and Welcome to Law Mother, a Law Firm dedicated to families. At Law Mother we help parents, real estate investors and business owners protect their children and assets, while building their legacy, and creating wealth.

My goal is for my team to be trusted advisors who help you make the very best personal, financial, and legal decisions for you and your family throughout your lifetime. I want to help you not just now, but also when you can’t be there so that I can help guide your loved ones through a difficult process.

My Background

As a parent myself I share your desire to provide safety, financial stability, and lasting security for your children.

As a former Felony Deputy District Attorney, I saw first-hand the challenges families face in the legal system and I wanted to empower families with a better approach. As the wife of a veteran, I take planning seriously.

I created Law Mother to help parents, real estate investors and business owners by providing them the guidance and support they need to create an estate plan that protects their children, safeguards their wealth, and puts a flag in ground for their legacy.

Estate Planning Attorney

Alex serves as an estate planning attorney with our firm. Alex brings years of estate planning experience to the firm and he takes pride in ensuring his clients' estate planning aspirations and concerns are addressed with personalized care and focus in order to bring peace of mind to countless individuals and families.

Prior to joining Law Mother, Alex also practiced family law and probate law in Michigan, where he saw firsthand the challenges, complexities, and emotional turmoil of the probate process and the unfortunate aftermath of flawed estate planning. Alex is dedicated to ensuring families avoid undue conflict and emotional distress during their lifetime and beyond.

When he is away from the office, Alex is an avid sports fan who enjoys spending time outdoors with friends and family.

Estate Planning Attorney

Ericca is an experienced Estate Planning lawyer serving as a dedicated member of our firm. She began her career at a large international firm but redirected her focus to Estate Planning after the profound loss of her mother. This personal experience ignited her passion for educating individuals about the importance of proper Estate Planning—truly the best gift one can give to their family.

Before joining Law Mother, Ericca specialized in Estate Planning and Probate Law in Maryland. She led seminars and offered personalized counsel on Estate Planning, forging strong, lasting relationships with her clients from the very beginning of the process.

‍

Away from the office, Ericca enjoys quality time with her teenage son. An avid reader, fashion enthusiast, and enthusiastic football fan, she brings the same passion to her personal interests as she does to her professional practice.

Amber Meyer

Client Services Director

Amber Meyer is our Client Service Coordinator at Law Mother. Amber is your point of contact and will offer guidance and answer questions as you navigate the Estate Planning process with our firm. She is committed to ensuring every client has a smooth experience and is passionate about helping you feel confident and supported.  Prior to Law Mother, Amber worked in the hospitality industry as an event manager. She enjoys bringing her hospitality skill set to help clients gain peace of mind in the estate planning process.

Amber graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management. When she’s not helping our clients, Amber is probably spending time outdoors with her family and two pups!

Client Services Director

Aly Gardiner is our Client Services Director.  Aly is your main contact person when you work with us and serves as the “Gate Keeper” for the firm. She facilitates client communication, ensures that all documents are uploaded and filed properly, answers questions about the process and guides you as you work with our firm. Aly is a valued team member that carries herself in a highly professional manner and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills. She is instrumental in making your process with us as smooth as possible, and clients love her. Aly is a mom and Colorado native. When she’s not helping our clients she enjoys hiking, camping, rafting and photography.

Sara Walter

Senior Paralegal and Director of Legal Operations

Sara Walter has over 7 years of experience in the estate planning industry. Her expertise in not only drafting but creating systems and streamlining processes. She works tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure your plans are timely prepared and meet your needs on an individualized basis.

Sara graduated as a joint major in Philosophy and Political Science from Boston University. Sara is  originally from Westchester County, New York.

George Esparza is our Client Intake Specialist and Outreach Coordinator. George will take your call when you first reach out to Law Mother LLC and evaluate your needs. He loves helping families start the process toward getting their problems taken care of or their futures planned, and he wants to do everything he can to make it easier for you.

George has his Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising and Media. He further adds an additional resource with his diverse and expansive marketing experience.

Whenever he’s not helping our potential new clients, he enjoys getting outside on his bike, reading and taking pictures around town

Community Liason

Baylee Tuggle is our Community Liaison at Law Mother. Baylee builds and manages our firm’s strategic partnerships and community events. Starting her tenure at Law Mother on the Client Services Team, Baylee understands our process and the care and attention we give each of our clients. Now, she is able to extend our reach to serve more families across Colorado.

Prior to Law Mother, Baylee spent several years teaching middle school and advising diverse clientele as a financial advisor. She enjoys bringing this unique skill set to help grow the impact Law Mother has in helping families protect their legacy. Baylee graduated from Furman University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Spanish. When she’s not spending time with community partners, Baylee is probably exploring new restaurants and getting outside to enjoy the sunshine.

Abigail serves as a Legal Assistant at Law Mother, supporting the firm’s Legal Team with precision and professionalism. She began her journey at the firm as a Client Concierge, where she developed strong expertise in client relations and intake processes before transitioning into her current role. Abigail is dedicated to streamlining processes, maintaining accuracy, and ensuring each client receives exceptional service throughout their estate planning journey. Prior to joining Law Mother, Abigail worked in civil litigation, family law, and estate administration, having graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Law. When she is not assisting our clients, Abigail enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.

Funding Coordinator

Daniel brings his expertise to our firm as trust funding and settlement coordinator, helping clients to retitle their financial assets to correspond to their trusts and assist them with forms, reports, and accountings on the administration side of things. He has served as a professional fiduciary and is a member of the Independent Trustee Alliance, involving himself with continued education in the field.

Simon is often the first point of contact for clients reaching out to our firm. As an Client Concierge, he helps individuals and families take the first step in the estate planning process by listening carefully, answering questions, and ensuring they feel supported from the very beginning.

Before joining our team, Simon spent several years as an Intake Specialist at a family law firm, where he developed a strong ability to guide people through important and often emotional decisions.

Outside of work, Simon enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children.

Estate Planning Attorney

Ryan Grusecki is an estate planning attorney who focuses his practice at Law Mother on helping individuals and families protect their assets, preserve wealth, and create thoughtful plans for the future. He advises clients on developing comprehensive estate plans tailored to their personal and financial goals, ensure an orderly transfer of wealth and minimize potential disputes.

‍

Ryan brings a multidisciplinary legal background to his estate planning practice, with experience in probate, business law, employment matters, and Social Security disability. This broader perspective allows him to anticipate issues that may arise during estate administration and craft plans that address both immediate and long-term legal considerations.

‍

Ryan earned his Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School with a concentration in Constitutional Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance from Central Michigan University, with a minor in Information Technology. He is admitted to the State Bar of Colorado and Michigan.

‍

Outside of his legal practice, Ryan enjoys attending sporting events, fishing, and spending time outdoors.
